OTTAWA COUNTY, MI — A woman suffered injuries Sunday, Aug. 27 when she was ejected from a vehicle in a crash, the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office said.
Deputies were dispatched at about 2:22 a.m. Sunday to westbound I-96 in Crockery Township.
The 26-year-old Muskegon woman, who was hospitalized with serious injuries, was a passenger in the single-vehicle crash, involving a 2011 Jeep Cherokee that swerved off I-96 and rolled over in a median, according to the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office.
The driver was a 23-year-old Muskegon man who was not injured, officials reported.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
