Kalamazoo hopes to add more housing via tax breaks for developers

KALAMAZOO, MI — The city of Kalamazoo hopes to add much-needed housing through a new citywide neighborhood enterprise zone policy.

After a couple hours of discussion at its meetings Monday, Aug. 21, the City Commission unanimously adopted the new policy.
