The state of Michigan allows for in-person betting at all of their 24 retail casinos that are currently operating in MI. The Grand Traverse Resort & Casinos is partnered with the Caesars Sportsbook and Online Casino, as the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa & Chippewa Indians inked a partnership with Caesars, allowing the brand to conduct business at their brick-and-mortar locations. 

You likely won’t run into many problems while using Caesars Sportsbook, but if you happen to, they are very helpful. Rest assured knowing there is a phone line and a live chat service, both of which are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

College athletics is massive in the state of Michigan with schools like the University of Michigan and Michigan State leading the charge. The latter of that charge came to a partnership agreement with Caesars in January 2022.
