ANN ARBOR, MI — Ann Arbor is going to have a hardier power grid in the coming years, DTE Energy says.

“We know there are definitely areas that struggle with reliability, repeated outages,” said Mike Witkowski, DTE engineering manager, acknowledging it can be very disruptive.
